Being part of Kallie and Randy’s gorgeous and elegant wedding at Barton Creek Resort was a whirlwind from start to finish! Kallie and her mom booked us on the spot at our initial meeting just over a month out from her July wedding date. Randy had proposed in the spring, and the happy couple wanted to get married right away! Their wedding planner, Maureen, with Elegant Events by Maureen was simply amazing. She put together the most fabulous, flawless wedding that should have taken at least a year to plan. It was a dream to work with her and her assistant the day of the wedding too, not to mention this incredible vendor team. The wedding’s soft, blush pallette was just beautiful with metallic touches everywhere like the gold chiavari chairs. Our romantic session with the bride and groom featured these breathtaking hill country views and a just a touch of drama as dusk settled in. All the visual loveliness aside, my favorite part of the wedding was seeing how loved Kallie and Randy were by their family and friends. It was a privilege to document such heartfelt moments as Kallie praying with her family in the bride’s room and she and Randy serving their parents Communion during the ceremony. After they were pronounced husband and wife, it was time to party! The Royal Dukes rocked the house, and as you can see, a good time was had by all during the reception. We wish Kallie and Randy a lifetime of happiness together!
