Allison and Andrew had an epic engagement session, and Allison’s bridal portrait was simply amazing, which guaranteed that their wedding was going to truly fabulous. The ceremony was at St. Austin’s, and the reception was at the Austin Club, so I guess you could say it was a very “Austin” wedding! Truly a joy to photograph, Allison was just so animated and full of enthusiasm all day long. I think she may have been a little excited about marrying the love of her life. Don’t these pictures of her with her matron of honor in the bride’s room just make you want to go hug your best friend? And those emerald earrings? Simply smashing! They were the perfect compliment to her very glamorous dress from Signature Bridal. These yummy meringues from Fluff were brought by one of the bridesmaids for a little pre-wedding treat. If you have never tried one before, I suggest you drop whatever you are doing right now and go get some. Your life will never be the same. The bride and groom’s first look was on the balcony of the downtown Hilton which boasts a quite dramatic view of the Austin skyline. After the wedding ceremony at St. Austin’s, the wedding party and all the guests made their way to the gorgeous Austin Club ballroom where they had an incredibly good time thanks to Julian with Endless Entertainment. We really enjoyed working with Christine of Wood Grain and Lace Events who came all the way from Virginia for the wedding and did a fantastic job coordinating the lovely affair. All the best to Allison and Andrew!
