Johnathan’s Texas Capitol Senior Portraits

Johnathan’s senior portrait session took us to the Texas Capitol and Pennybacker Bridge, two Austin locations with very different looks. With a possible career in politics on his mind, the Capitol was a fitting place to create portraits for a future politician.

The Capitol’s stone walls, steps, columns, and grounds gave us plenty of variety while keeping the setting connected to Johnathan’s goals. A blazer brought a more polished feel to part of the session, while relaxed portraits helped keep the final collection personal rather than overly formal.

We also made room for Johnathan’s saxophone, then headed to Pennybacker Bridge for a change of scenery. The overlook’s water and hills created a quieter backdrop for those portraits.
